Demolition of a service station and removal of the underground storage tanks (USTs) can seem like a daunting task; however, Palmetto can conduct these activities for you and usually complete the task in just 2-3 days. The two most important goals of our construction group are to do the job safely and within budget. Palmetto takes the safety of our employees very seriously and every employee understands to stop the project immediately if there is a question regarding safety. Unless a substantial change in conditions occurs, Palmetto will complete any demolition, UST removal or aboveground storage tank (AST) removal for the agreed upon price – since our inception we have not issued a change order for a project. Therefore, once we agree upon the scope of work and price, you can rest assured it will be completed safely, within the agreed upon time period and for the contracted price.
